Shipping and returns
Our priority is to ensure a fast and smooth delivery process of the products to your doorstep.
- Please allow 3-5 days from the moment the order has been approved and dispatched, with the exception of products made to order, like furniture, where the lead time is 3-4 weeks.
We will provide a tracking number as soon as the order is on it's way, and we will inform you of any potential delays.
- We offer free delivery in orders over 100 euros. Information on each product's delivery conditions are provided on the product page.
We work with different couriers like DHL and GSL, all the information being provided at the moment of placing the order.
- If you are ordering from other European Union countries please contact us at email@example.com to make delivery arrangements for you, or, if applicable, offer a shipping quote. If you require international shipping (outside of EEA), depending on your country, you might incur customs charges, import duties and taxes, which are entirely at the cost of the buyer.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We encourage taking a picture and sending it to us within 24h after product delivery. We will do whatever we can to find a solution that works best or replace any damaged part as quickly as possible.
- If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14-days to let us know so we can start the refund process. More information on the Refund Policy page.
Please have in mind that we do not receive returns for furniture and any other product made-to-order.
